About the role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Scaling Socials. You’ll play a key role in bringing brand stories to life through compelling visuals across digital platforms. If you have a strong design sense, understand social media aesthetics, and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping creatives this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  • Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce final design.
  • Test graphics across various media.
  • Amend designs after feedback.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
What we're looking for
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media and branding work
  • Good understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
  • Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visuals
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage time and handle multiple projects efficiently
