About the role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor & Reels Creator who can handle both long-form and short-form video content. The ideal candidate must be strong in shooting and editing videos for Instagram and other short-form platforms, with a deep understanding of trends, pacing, and audience engagement

Responsibilities
  • 1. Ideate, conceptualize, and storyboard Reels and short-form video content.
  • 2. Shoot visually appealing videos using mobile devices or professional camera equipment.
  • 3.Edit both long-form and short-form videos, ensuring trend-aligned pacing, transitions, effects,captions, and audio sync.
  • 4. Work closely with directors and the core creative team to execute concepts.
  • 5. Collaborate with content, design, and brand teams for cohesive creative output.
  • 6. Manage client creatives and maintain consistency across brand guidelines.
  • 7. Stay updated with platform trends, audio tracks, and evolving Instagram content formats.
  • 8. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • 9. Maintain an organized archive of raw footage and finished edits.
What we're looking for
  • 1. 0–1 year of experience (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
  • 2. Hands-on experience with : ● Cap Cut ● Final Cut Pro ● Adobe Premiere Pro ● Adobe Photoshop
  • 3. Ability to edit both long-form and short-form content.
  • 4. Strong understanding of Instagram trends, video pacing, and audience behavior.
  • 5. Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, videography, and content aesthetics.
  • 6. Strong coordination skills with directors, creative teams, and brand teams.
  • 7. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
  • 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
